Diamond Braid
Instructions:
1. For this attractive braid, you will need to pick four lengths of Toner Craftlace. This braid is a challenge, but it is so useful, you will be happy you took the time to learn it.
2. Tie four strands together in one large overhand knot and secure the knoted end to a fixed position (Fig A1).
3. Bring strand #4 under sgtrands #3 and #2, then around and over strand #2 (under two, around nad over one) (Fig B).
4. Bring strand #1 under strands #2 and #4, then around and over strand #4 (under two, around and over one) (Fig C). Pull the breaid up tight to knot or ring, adjusting as you go.
5. Bring strand #3 under strands #4 and #1, then around and over strand #1 (under two, around and over one). Continue braiding in this manner until you have completed the length you want. Tie off end with an overhand knot or see other methods mentioned in "Beginngings and Endings and Other Neat Stuff."
