Makes 1 choker, 1 bracelet, and 1 anklet
6 1/2 yards natural hemp
5 small shells
Closure Bead
1. Cut a 4 1/2 yard and a 2 yard piece of hemp. Fold them in half and make a closure loop.
2. Tie 5 1/2" of half twists. Tie 2 square knots.
3. Add a shell by laying it down with one end by the square knots with the filler cords laying in the center of the shell. Tie 2 more square knots on the other side of the shell to hold it in place.
4. Add a shell that will hang downward by putting the filler cords through the hole. Tie 2 square knots to secure it. Add 2 more hanging shells.
5. Repeat the design from the other side. Add a closure bead.

3 1/2 yards of natural hemp
3 small shells

1. Cut a 2 1/2 yard and a 1 yard piece of hemp. Fold them in half making a closure loop.
2. Tie 2 1/2" of half twists. Tie 4 square knots.
3. Add 3 hanging shells as you did in Step 4 of the choker. Each shell should have 2 square knots between.
4. Repeat the design from the other side. Add a closure bead.
